Your Door LLC – LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Your Door LLC (“Your Door”) is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and stands behind the craftsmanship and materials used in our doors. Our iron doors are hand-forged and individually finished, so slight variations are normal and contribute to the unique, handcrafted appearance.

The warranty applies to the original single-family homeowner and original purchaser (for commercial applications) against defects in materials and workmanship that would render the doors unserviceable or unusable under normal conditions, provided they are properly installed.

We offer the following warranty coverage:

Length of Warranty:

Our doors and products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of  2 years for residential use, 1 year for commercial use from the date of purchase, and a 1-year  limited warranty for seacoast, saltwater environments, and coastal with direct waterfront facing  exposure. Normal aging is not considered a defect.

Our warranty is solely applicable to the original owner, and the warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Exclusions:
  • Damage resulting from the installation of wrought iron doors without adequate overhang protection is not covered. Doors must be shielded by an outward overhang that is at least half the height of the door (e.g., for an 8-foot door, a minimum 4-foot overhang is required).

  • Damage due to circumstances beyond the control of Your Door LLC, including but not limited to acts of nature, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear, is excluded from warranty coverage.

  • Normal wear and tear, including the effects of aging, exposure to natural elements, and frequent use, as well as deterioration of materials such as weather-stripping and door sweeps, are not covered under the warranty.

  • Failures not covered by the warranty include broken glass, improper storage, installation, or maintenance, improper cleaning, condensation, and issues with interior door surfaces due to cold climate installations and moisture penetration from normal wear and tear, including pet-related damage. Instances of air and/or water infiltration caused by high winds or rain are also considered exclusions.

  • Damage arising from stresses such as structural settlement, vibration, soil movement, building foundation shifts, localized heat causing excessive temperature differences on glass surfaces, or exposure to corrosive materials (e.g., sulfur or chlorine) is not covered.

  • Minor glass imperfections and slight variations in glass color are considered normal according to industry standards and do not impact the product's structural integrity or significantly obstruct vision.

  • Damage resulting from Acts of God is also excluded from warranty coverage.

All warranty claims must be approved by an authorized representative of Your Door LLC.
